We offer a wide variety of chef-created bowls or the option to customize your own with a base (brown rice, quinoa, greens, zucchini noodles), protein (organic Peruvian chicken, anticucho steak, 60-minuto egg, salmon or tuna “ceviche”), vegetables (roasted carrots, charred broccoli),  toppings (salsa criolla, pickled radish, Latin Beet carrot slaw) and six different healthy sauces inspired by seasonal ingredients and our family tradición
